Could the UK be about to ban real fur completely?

BBC News: A report by MPs is urging the government to consider it. 

A government statement said: "The government shares the British public's high regard for animal welfare, and fur farming was banned in the UK in 2000.

2018: London had 3 of their famous markets banning the sale of fur :

Old Spitalfields, Camden, Saffron Walden Town markets  

& 2019: Aylesbury Vale District Council has banned the sale of real fur from all the markets that it runs in the district.
